Our new RTA Grill Island is beautiful! Working with the RTA team on design and throughout the process was easy and their renderings, as we tweaked the design and finishes, ensured we got exactly what we wanted. You are “Handed off” to different team members during the process, which is seamless and very efficient. Josh LaRue got us through design and selection of materials in two or three zoom calls and several emails. He was awesome! Jennifer Zegowitz smoothly guided us through blueprinting and the contracts and then Phil Aldrich worked with us on site planning, delivery and install. Sounds complicated, but they made it easy and it was a great experience. Glad we had our contractors on-site for delivery- the pallet with components for our 7-ft island weighed over 1000 lbs(!) and the driver needed help with it. RTA has videos for DIY install and while we probably could have done it, I’m glad we didn’t have to. Took two contractors about 3 hours to assemble so not bad at all. The island is gorgeous and I especially love the thunder white granite. The pictures and website don’t do it justice! So glad we chose RTA!!

I believe one of the truest measures of a Great Company is not the service or products they provide but how they respond to an issue or problem once they finish their service or ship you their product. In the case of RTA this statement is SO True. Not only do they make and supply GREAT products but the way they address concerns or issues after the fact is nothing but MASTER CLASS. Their policy is 100% Customer Satisfaction and I saw that first hand. First and foremost my Grill Island is absolutely STUNNING a focal point of my New Patio . My only concern was after the install the color of the stone panels was not consistent. I called RTA sent a couple of photos and they responded immediately. RTA sent two service technicians and fixed the issue by applying another top coat . The problem was corrected and my Island looks amazing. RTA from my initial call to discuss my island to my meetings with the design team to installation by an RTA recommended contractor to finally meeting with Pat and Craig my service technicians at my home every step was stress free and enjoyable. Pat and Craig were so nice and professional that I invited them to my house for a BBQ next time they are in my neck of the woods. When you are in the market for an outdoor grill island RTA needs to be your only call.

The customer service was outstanding working with the RTA staff on the purchase and delivery of our new Grill Island. From the original order, through delivery and including follow-up calls for questions, our designer (Michael Calicino), operations admin (Christine Reuss) and project experience mgr (Devin Graves) provided excellent service and follow-up throughout the entire process. We are very happy with our new grill island + bar unit from RTA.
