Their process is turnkey and they’ve thought through everything you’ll need from the design process to shipping and installation. I was blown away by their personalized touch and endless resources throughout the entire process. And the end product, looks fantastic! The RTA Outdoor Living products and Team are both top notch! I loved their concept and design tool. From start to finish the customer focus and professionalism of the RTA team was apparent. We LOVE our RTA Outdoor Living Bar. This was a seamless experience, from designing online, to finalizing our plans with the design consultant, to then switching over to the local team for delivery and installation, we were very happy with the whole process. Philip Aldrich and his team in the NH office are professional, attentive and nothing was a problem to them. We have been very happy with everything they have done. The Bar looks awesome, everyone who has seen it loves it and we look forward to enjoying many days at it. We would highly recommend RTA Outdoor Living (and have done so already to many friends!).
