Phil told me to work out the details on my end and he would hold the shipment until I was ready for shipment. Then the nightmare started… more permits, more HOA review. By the time we finally resolved the issues and quite a bit of money later, we finally got the approval from the city and the HOA. About 9 months later, our kitchen was shipped. RTA held it at their location and did not charge any additional fees for storage, even though I offered to pay for storage.

The real demonstration of the caliber and quality of RTA was what happened next. Since the kitchen was in storage for 6-9 months, Phil insisted on opening and verifying the condition of every piece. In the process, he discovered slight discoloration on some of the pieces. RTA replaced all of the items before shipping them to my home. That is the highest level of customer service that anyone could expect.

I was working overseas in the Middle East for the entire time, Phil was able to provide me with a service that could install the kitchen for us. The company recommended was absolutely first rate. I can’t say enough about the quality of RTA, the knowledge of everyone that I delt with in the process and the professionalism of Phillip Aldridge.

By the time I made it home from Iraq, it was the end of November (Fort Worth, Texas Winter… Lol), but we were able to enjoy it a time or two. The whole kitchen is absolutely breathtaking!!! My mother-in-law won’t eat pizza anymore unless she makes her own in the pizza oven, Lol. Thank you RTA and thank you from the bottom of my heart Phil.
