Love our new MOKS outdoor kitchen. The modern design instantly upgraded our patio. We had it set up within the same day. The quality of the marine-grade panels and Coyote appliances is outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and hassle-free outdoor kitchen!

This is a rare but shameless product plug because I am so happy with the experience and that never happens…Some of you may recall that at the end of last summer my grill ended up in the pool after a windstorm. When we moved in here I knew I was going to want a simple outdoor kitchen so this spring we started looking for a contractor to build one. The lowest quote I got back $26,000 which I found to be insane, leading to an internet search for a solution. I stumbled upon the modular outdoor kitchens at @rtaoutdoorliving and it was the happiest accident I have had in a long while. Using their site I filled out a web form which I expected to lead to a litany of pushy sales tactics. It did not. Instead I got an email from an actual human with a link for me to set up a time to zoom. Again…was expecting high pressure sales during that call… didn’t happen. The RTA rep went over what it was I wanted, discussed options, and recorded what I said. He then put together a proposal with what I wanted and sent an estimate. After reading it I decided I wanted to make a couple of changes. I emailed the changes and he responded same day with the updates. We met again via zoom to validate the options and then I was sent a link to payment. Immediately after paying I was put in touch with another human who was to be my guide through the build and shipping process. Every week for 5 weeks I got an email from Peter telling me the status of my order and where it was in the build process. Last week he called me to tell me it was close to finished and would arrive right before or right after the holiday. I told him I was having people for the holiday and would love to grill. He said let me make some calls. 30 minutes later he called me back and told me it would be here. As promised, everything arrived before the holiday. Each crate was clearly labeled. Everything I needed, down to the correct drill bit to open the crate was included. Videos for construction were available via QR code or I could read the colored instructions provided. It went together in a couple of hours and last night I grilled pork chops. What an amazing customer experience and fabulous product. 100/10 recommend.

When my wife and I decided to expand and upgrade our outdoor space we did a lot of research and found RTA Outdoor Living kitchens to be an interesting compromise between modular and custom. We could
not be happier as the process from start to finish was a fantastic experience from Jason B. and our design questions and concerns to Devin G. and the updates and preparation during manufacturing and shipping. They were always available to answer a call or message and reassure us that everything was right on schedule. The customer service is first rate and the finished product was even better than we had hoped. The RTA Outdoor kitchen even peaked the interesting our contractor as he was
intrigued by the product and the care and detail gone into it. Would definitely recommend RTA to anyone looking for a great outdoor setup.

Great company and product. From the design team to the project manager to the delivery and installation team. Never experienced such a detailed, well organized group that you interact with live every step of the process. They send you videos to educate and prepare you for every step of the process. Who’d of thought designing, buying and installing and outdoor kitchen would be so much fun. If you’re in the market for a custom made outdoor kitchen, then this is definitely the place. Love my kitchen! Thank you RTA!
